CHILDREN/TEEN MINISTRY TRAINING - Each module is taught by a faculty of expert leaders that have served in children's ministries of all sizes with years of experience in their field of expertise. They are able to relate to the specific struggles in church and work with attendees in developing practical strategies to enhance any children’ ministry. Practical advice is shared that is not based on theory but real-life experience from leaders who have worked in children's ministries of all sizes.
There is are a wide range of responsibilities when serving in children’s ministry that require specific skill sets of the leader in any ministry. Children’s Ministry leaders have one of the most important jobs in the world, and it demands continual growth in wisdom and understanding. Our training sessions include: - volunteer management, safer recruitment, effective classroom engagement, promoting positive behaviour and induction policies and procedures which a children’s ministry must have in place in line with Ofsted’s guidance on safeguarding. PARENTING TRAINING - Parenting is one of the hardest yet most rewarding jobs. Our courses are designed to help build strong and secure relationships with children/teenagers and offer support through the joys and challenges of being a parent. Recognising that there is no perfect parent, neither is a there any perfect child, we encourage parents to set aside perfection and build on areas of strength and to seek an understanding of the areas that need to be improved upon or changed. Our training sessions include the opportunity for group discussions and the provision of resources and hand-outs. We offer training in areas such as, how to set boundaries, build positive relationships, communicate effectively, discipline and build children's self-esteem and understanding parenting styles.Click to Contact Us
VENUE - We offer online sessions, accessible training in your church venue or carefully selected venues with you in mind.
Upon completion of a module, each student receives a certificate, that will enable charity Organisations to document the training provided for compliance purposes.
